One of the WORST customer service ever experienced. This place should learn how to treat customers. I went to this place with my 2 kids 9 and 10 years old my daughter have some cough. I find the pearl vision in Norwalk not to be a place to shop for glasses I found the receptionist to be rude and out of control. She should not be in customer service. The other help was dancing with her head set on in front of the mirror. Add comment

Laurel store. While the staff was friendly and helpful, the store is filthy and in disrepair. Carpet bubbling up and stained. The equipment was dirty as well. For something as sensitive as eyes I'm surprised the health department isn't all over thus place. I'll never go back. Zero stars Add comment

I ordered glasses from the Erin Mills location and was told it would be a week. I ended up having to wait a MONTH for the glasses because the staff is slow and unprepared to do their jobs. Their store often opens after scheduled times with the optician staff next door opening the store for them so mall management doesnt notice. I paid over $400 for a super nice set of glasses. When they came in they were thicker than pop bottles! I bought titanium rimless frames for the lightweight effect, and they put 3 pds of glass in each lens! Really! I had them checked by other optometrist and there's no way they should be so thick.
