Pearle Vision is a chain of eyeglasses stores. Pearle Vision was founded in 1961 by Dr. Stanley Pearle, an optometrist. The company is headquartered in Savannah, Georgia. At the present time Pearle Vision is owned by the Italian company Luxottica Group SpA that owns LensCrafters, Target Optical and Sears Optical as well. The Pearle chain has about thousand of stores in Europe in such countries as the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Poland, Belgium and other.

Pearle Vision sells branded products and products under Pearle brand name. Pearle is the only one chain of opticians that can prescript lenses with the help of its own production facility.
