I went to Pearl Vision at store#6588 Coastland Mall Center 1894 N. On 6-5-14 I placed an order for glasses at a Pearle Vision Store in Gurnee IL, they have called me up to the store on two occasions and I still do not have what I paid for! The Customer Service people talk nice however to this date 06-30-14 have not supplied me with my glasses. The Cracks (not scratches), begin at the lens ends and grow at a rapid rate ~ there will be numerous ones ... I was extremely careful in how they were cleaned, only to find that one fine crack that will soon turn into a many lengthy ones ! Went in the middle of March to get new glasses. Had eye exam and had my own frames, so I only had to order lenses. Placed the order that day and took over 3 weeks to get my glasses. I have been a loyal pearle vision customer for over 10 years. I had run completely out of contacts (yes, I know my own fault) and called to order more. Had done business with Dr. Ross owner of the Pearl Vision in Broken Arrow, Okla. for 15 years and several pairs of expensive glasses. Last set purchased from them were $450. Have a problem with Anti-Glare where it make the glasses look foggy/cloudy and was told they would replace the lens for $310. My 1 1/2 year old eyeglasses from Pearle vision in Peabody Ma. Crizal Scratch Resistant Lenses all of a sudden developed scratches in just one lens. It was so bad I could not wear them anymore. Poor customer service and glasses poorly made. Got new lenses in frames I purchased from another company. Almost immediately the new lenses began falling out of frames.
