went to pearle vision in burlington, ontario august 24". Picked out 2 prs of glasses totalling $444/.90, went to pay in full by debit and was told there was a "communication error" with the machine and it did not go through, so paid in full by cash!. checked my bank account 20min later to see a debit for $444".90 to pearle vision, printed off statement and returned to pearle vision requesting they either reverse the debit or give me the cash back, told by the clerk that it would be reversed when she closed out the machine at the end of the day!. Next day money not returned call my bank who tell me they absolutely cannot reverse it and the merchant has to reverse it/. call pv and talk to manager who is extremely rude argues with me then tells me to give him tell the end of the day.. next day still dont have my money call pv to find is managers day off.. 6 days later no word from pv still out $444.90. Have paid twice for the same thing have shown them the proof, bank and my statemnt say pv has my money dont understand why they will not give it back, is this not theft? do not trust pearle vision absolute worst customer service i have ever experienced completely unprofessional. 129ca1d
