I ordered frames and lenses late Saturday from Pearle Vision Center in Woodstock, GA and called first thing on Monday morning to cancel and was told there is a no refund policy. Yet, the policy was never disclosed to me in writing or verbally and it isn't posted in the store.

The vision center has to order the frames and has to order the lenses, so the product has not even been made. To add to this, I was over charged for the frames which I had priced at the store the previous week, plus the lense technician told the clerk that the style lense was an older type, and she told me it was a new type and more expensive. Even using my 30% discount frame and lenses cost me most than any place else.

After considering everything it made me concerned about doing business with them.

Returns are a privilege not a right. The fact that they have to special order something should tell you that they may not accept returns.

I was never explained to me that there was only one transition tint, or pointed out to me how it is going to look and told there was no refund. Carina was helpful but I think she could have explained more since there no other customers in the office.

I took my glasses back the first time to get the anti glare off. it made everything blurry, then when I noticed that my glasses did not get dark enough like the extra advantage on my old glasses that did not make me squint all the time. the poly transition I got on the glasses does not do nothing for me. so now I have to keep this pair for $456.00 with no refund I was told.

EVERYONE SHOULD BE TOLD THERE IS NO REFUND!!

the store is a complete rip off and all along I thought it would be more professional NOT! it does not say anything about a refund that I no of doesn't most professional places have refunds?

The Massachusetts Stores are all crooks!

The Glasses & Lenses ordered were not what I ordered, even different Item #! I went to pick them up & said they are not the right glasses and started argueing with me, are u kidding me!

They would not get the pair I ordered and would not refund me. They said no refunds!!

WTF!! Buyer Beware!

Stay far away from Pearl Vision.

hmmmm maybe if you are spending a large chunk of money, you should ask about the return policy!

The same thing happened to my husband and I. When I finally told them I would call my credit card and have them stop payment.

She told me I would get a call from the Corp. office and be sued. I then asked for that number so that I could talk with them about the situation.

She then told me to hold, when she came back on the line she aked for my credit card number and gave me a refund and informed me that they would never serve us again. And She loudly hung up on me.
