The employees in Pearl Vision on No. Oracle Rd. in Tucson are rude. Worse, they are not trained to minimum industry standards. Different employees on separate visits attempted to adjust my new glasses but did not the skills needed to fit them properly.

I also tried contacts for the first time, and the "technician" didn't help me place them in or remove them, but insisted I could do it if I just tried harder.

They got appointments mixed up and forgot to call me after my glasses were made.

I don't advise anyone to go to Pearl Vision on Oracle. 129cf90
