Brought (2) pair of glasses from Pearle Vision in Schaumburg, IL. One pair is very uncomfortable and hurts the bridge of my nose. After spending $600.00 for both pair and repeated attempts to adjust the frames, I was told by the General Manager that it must be something wrong with me. I found that to be rude and insulting because I have been wearing glasses for over 30 years and never had this problem. She refused to exchange the frame because I was 5 days passed the 30 day exchange guarantee date. Poor custmer service. I will never buy glasses again from Pearle Vision in Schaumburg, Illinois 129d1b4
