Same sorry as others. Went in to Pearle for the two for one deal, but after selecting frames was told the second pair would be discounted to a max of $200. When I ask which frames with lenes were less than $200 I was told there were done. So the deal is not second one free, but rather second one at about half price. Seems to me to be a clear case of bait and switch. I reread the fine print of their add, which said "some restrictions may apply", but now I understand that to mean second pair free only on non-prescription sunglasses. 129d238

Hey Theo!!! Stop telling people that you will help them when you can't even be found. There is no such person as Theo... and if there is, you need to be available to have people contact you.

I completely agree with you! They also advertised on GROUPON saying I can purchase $50 toward $225 for a pair of eyeglasses.

So I bought two Groupon deals spent $100 total.

When I went to Pearle Vision and picked out my frame, they said my lenses cost $300! How ridiculous is that? I could've gone to other place with my vision insurance and pay less than $50 for my eyeglasses. Now it'll cost me what, $400 for a pair of eyeglasses?

What a BAD business!!!

I totally agree. The advertisement is faulty stating that "any frames" are part of the buy onet get one. They show you frames that are eligible for the buy one get one - which are horrible.

I purchased a pair of "designer frames" but was told designer frames are not part of the buy one get one offer. Did pick a second pair but will only wear them in an emergency in case my glasses need repair.

Paid out of pocket because I currently have no insurance.

Very disappointed.
