I will start by saying that the Optometrist who works for this Pearle Vision is great. He knows how to talk to people and make you feel comfortable. However, the rest of the staff there does not know how to do business, nor how to handle customers.
I had an eye exam there and ordered a pair of glasses. I was told that it would take one week for my glasses to be ready". I called back one week later, and they said that, "your lenses needed to be special ordered, so it's going to be another few days/." I understood that!. So, I called back a few days later, only to be told that they had messed up the order and that they needed to go through another lab and that the glasses should be in tomorrow".
I called back the next day and was told, "your lenses needed to be special ordered, so it's going to be about a week|." I waited one week, called back and they told me that the lab said the glasses should be in tomorrow.. I came into the store the next day, only to be told that "your lenses needed to be special ordered, so it's going to be another few days|." I was told these things by three different employees who obviously were not communicating with each other well and were just feeding me the same story over and over again:. Total nightmare......I ordered glasses in Jan. of 2011 - they told me the glasses would be ready in a week and that they would call me.....a month later I got my glasses !! I ordered clip-on sunglasses.....took 4 months to tell me the size wouldn't fit ! All together the total time was 8 months WTF ? DO NOT BUY YOUR GLASSES AT PEARLE VISION.....TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! WARNING...... |
