Pearle Vision ripping off senior citizens.

Pearle vision complaint
My Name is Lawrence Crowell residing at 1470 Eastern Ave, in Malden MA and at the end of January 2008, I purchased glasses at Pearle Vision on Squires Rd., in Revere. The bows broke the beginning of May 2008, and when I returned them to the same location to have the bow replace they informed me that it would cost me $59.00 to have the bow replaced. These glasses had a one year warranty. I am a senior citizen living on a fixed income and think this is wrong. Iwould like to hear back from anyone that my have experinced this problem with Pearle Vision. My e mail address

Crowell@comcast.net

I feel for you 100%. I work at a Pearle Vision and it makes me feel horrible when I have to tell someone on a fixed income that they owe even more money. But it really is out of our hands. It's Luxotica (Pearle's parent company) that sets these ridiculous rules.
