Purchased eyeglasses from Pearle Vision in the Baltimore area - will never get glasses there again! Sales clerk was rude, condescending, and sarcastic. They are ok when you place the order, but once they have all of your money, then they barely give you the time of day.

There prices are no better than the "non-chain" places. You at least get much better service with most of them.

They also said my glasses would be ready within 10 days. It took 20 days for them to come in. They didn't even call me to say they were in - I had to call them!
