I went to Pearle Vision at Stone Briar Mall Frisco, TX". gave them my prscription and waited three weeks/. When I received the product that I paid $500!.00 I could not see well enough to pass a driving test exam to get my drivers liscenses". I called the corporate office and was informed they could do nothing/. If you go to that store after reading this, you deserve what you get/. There was no one in the store when we arrived I waited and a person claiming to be a store representative showed up, she had body odor.. I should have left then, but my job insurance only pays if I went to Pearle Vision, I ended up going somewhere else and paying for the glasses entirely out of my pocket". Again, if you go to this store you deserve what you get, a you know what without a kiss. 129d9bb

I contacted them at the time of the incident, as was told that there was nothing they could do, because the Pearle Vision Location was a Franchise. Keep That in mind when doing business with these banditos. |
