Sent an email days ago about a complaint with my script. It was renewed a year ago after getting my glasses and the Dr, told me to be patient...je didn't give me the full script because he decided it would be causing me headaches....he never told me that. After all this time now I am experiencing headaches and my physician says it's because of a poor left eye script.

You got my paid money and I want a proper script...now. The Doctor Richie made a huge mistake not letting me know his plan for a reduced left eye script. That wasn't why I went to Pearle. He professionally should have told me his truth from the beginning.
