I spent almost $800 ( plus whatever the insurance covered and paid besides that) to get my daughter new glasses and contacts. She had an accident with her glasses and they need repaired so I called, they told me we had a one time free replacement on our purchase, to drop them off.

I called today to see if she could drop them off tomorrow, and now they said there is a $50 copay to fix them???!! Are you freaking kidding me?? I just spent almost $800 at this place...this will be the LAST time we ever go to Pearl Vision...we will find a local eye Dr.

and not get robbed!! Get over yourselves..this is highway robbery!

And I am willing to bet that the same insurance company you have also owns Pearle, the frame manufacturer and lens company.

Luxotica sells insurance, that can only be used at their stores with artificially high prices that they 'discount' and still make a ton of money. I paid less money without insurance at Costco for the exam and eye exam than I could with insurance at Pearle.
