Pearle Vision - Less than 2 months after spending over $400 for a pair of glasses, one lens is scratched. They will not fix them.
Took the glasses into the store. They said they cannot fix them, and I would have to pay for a new lens.
I have worn glasses for over 35 years, and I have never had a problem with glasses scratching. Especially in the first 2 months! There was another customer in the store having the same issue with a pair of safety glasses, and they wouldn't help him either. My husband and I walked out and will not be returning for future eye exams and purchases.
Another lady who heard the exchange followed us out without making a purchase and thanked us for saving her from spending money at the store. So now I will have to live with the scratch until my next eye exam.
Very poor customer service and poor quality. For the amount of money I paid, there should be no reason they should scratch.
