Bought glasses on Jan 23, 2010.By, February 14, 2010 there were scratches on the lenses.

I finally took the glasses in on March 3, 2010 and the Assistant couldn't find any scratches until I pointed them out and she "oh yes there are." I was then told that they would replace the lenses for another $150.00. She said that I might not have been told that their warranty is only 50%. I will go back to JC Penny's and have them replaced.

This was in Fort Smith, AR.I don't know if this policy is for Pearl Vision or just this stores.
